Fractional Accountant
Lead hands-on accounting activities on a fractional basis, working directly with the CFO to assess existing processes, strengthen financial reporting and compliance, and establish scalable accounting procedures and internal controls. Identify and close operational gaps, evaluate current resources, and document processes to support continued growth. Must be able to quickly assess priorities, take ownership of critical accounting activities, and meet near-term filing deadlines. IT Manager
This is a broad role with real ownership and very little bureaucracy. Much of what you're inheriting already works. The job is to keep it healthy, automate what's still manual, and tighten it as we grow. You'll be the person who knows where every account, key and machine is, who closes gaps rather than filing them, and who documents things well enough that nothing depends on one person again. Your partner role. You'll work alongside our Fleet Infrastructure Engineer, who owns the robot fleet, SaltStack fleet automation, the deployment path and the manufacturing/asset-tracking platform. The two of you sit together and cover for each other. You'll learn enough of the fleet side to keep it running when they're out, and teach your side well enough that they can do the same for you. Supply Chain Materials Manager
Own end-to-end material planning across NPI and early production builds, converting demand signals into purchase orders, supplier commits, delivery schedules, and supply plans. Ensure Clear-to-Build readiness, maintain supply-demand alignment, manage inventory and material positioning, identify shortages and risks early, and partner with engineering, production, and suppliers to support successful build execution.
